Our products are carefully examined for defects before delivery.
In the event that you receive damaged goods, please contact us at Dog.seasons@gmail.com within 3 days after having received your purchase.

We will ensure that an exchange is made immediately after you return the item in its unused & original condition.

In the event that your purchase is out of stock, you can exchange it for another item of same or higher value by topping up the difference.

Alternatively, you can exchange it for another item of a lower value but no refund will be given for the difference.

There will be no refund of the initial shipping & handling fees. however, the new delivery of the exchange products will be Free of Charge.
