In the event when your order is out of stock, we will send you a sms/email and we will discuss the problem together.
Postage:
Your orders will be sent through Singpost.
Postage fee will be as such:
1 item = SGD$1.00
2 item = SGD$2.00
3 item = SGD$3.00
Free postage for more than 3 items.
For registered mail, an additional S$2.20 is payable.
For more purchases will be advised further upon receiving your orders.
Delivery:
Once orders are received, we will send you a confirmation email.
There will be no cancellation of orders.Payment is to be made 3 days upon our confirmation.
However, if we do not receive your payment within that 3 days, orders will be automatically cancelled.
All payments will be accepted through bank transfers. (done via internet banking or ATM transfer)
The account number will be given in the confirmation email.
Once we receive your proof of payment, we will send out the items promptly. Items should be able to reach u within a week. Please note that for registered mail, it may take up to 9 working days.
